Business vs. Hustle

There’s a fundamental difference between a businessman and hustle man. Businessmen work smarter and hustle man work harder. The word hustle is a verb (action word). The hustle man is constantly active and his ca$h depends on whether or not he’s in motion/active. Back in High school when my basketball coach told us to hustle: he meant run, do an extra lap, go on his command. Consequentially, He meant work up a sweat. Also behind the surface, the hustle man is greedy. He wants to do everything himself and see all of his profits. He believes that if he invite others in on his, then he’ll be sharing unnecessarily. Its one fixed pie, only with pieces to divide.

A businessman sets his own command and get others to follow through. To accompany the saying “I want my money working for me, even when I’m not”. Businessman says “I want my business working for me, even when I’m not”. A Businessman doesn’t hustle. He’s more of the mastermind. He has the finances, resources, and power to put people in action for his cause. The word business implies that a system is in place, and even without that one person, the system will run like clockwork. A businessman isn’t afraid to pay for good employees. This is because good employees make you the same net amount, if not more money, than you would have done by yourself. He understands the value of time. To him, hustling to one business move is a waste. This is because the businessman has learned to master killing two birds with one stone.
